Prepayment is requested for personal web shop purchases. Purchased products are sent by mail, if no other delivery system is agreed, the first week-day after prepayment, or receipt of payment, is received. Payment term of 14 days after consignment is made available to enterprises operating in EU member states and making orders by e-mail to abcell@abcell.fi. 

Refunding of disposable products is not acceptable without clear prove of miss function or manufacturing error. In such a case, the customer is requested to contact abcell@abcell.fi for further clarification and advice. In addition to manufacturers warranty, Abcell gives to all equipment the satisfaction guarantee, i.e. 30-day return right, for whatever given reason, at total refunding, including delivery and return costs to the customer.
