The test strip contains two pads that react to a drop of a drink. One pad detects ketamine (KET), and the other pad detects gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB), both commonly used as knockout drops. The test´s sensitivity has been adjusted to detect the drugs at concentrations able to cause physiological effects. If the drink drop makes the color of one or both of the pads change, the drink is hazardous to your health and may lead to loss of consciousness. Note that erroneous positive results may be caused by red or milk-based drinks.
